Requirements:
Qualified resources, tools, and experience.
Proper insurance.
Ability to install conduit and fiber from tap or MST to customer premises.
Daily reporting of completed and incomplete work with detailed notes.
Restore property to its original condition.
Obtain necessary permits and adhere to regulations, including utility notifications.
Scope of Work:
Install conduit/cabling at a minimum depth of 12 inches (or as specified).
Perform boring operations and restore property post-work.
Install proper weatherproofing, identification tags, and security devices.
